3. Account Registration

5. Shipping & Product Pickup
Shipping is handled by individual sellers.

Sellers must provide tracking information where applicable.

Buyers may schedule product pickup at designated locations.

The platform is not responsible for shipping issues or missed pickups.

6. Returns & Refunds
Refunds are only allowed if the product is not as advertised.

Buyers must first contact the seller for refund requests.

Each seller sets their own return policy.

If the seller does not respond, buyers may escalate the issue to platform support.

7. Prohibited Products & Listings
Sellers may only list agriculture-related products, including seeds, farm tools, and related items.

Counterfeit or misrepresented products.

8. Buyer & Seller Responsibilities

Contact the seller first for any issues.

If the seller does not respond, buyers should contact platform support.

Seller Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and truthful product descriptions.

9. Bookings for Consultancy & Field Visits
Buyers can book appointments for:

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

10. Dispute Resolution

11. Account Termination

2. Permitted & Prohibited Products
Allowed Products:

Agricultural-related items: seeds, tools, organic fertilizers, farm supplies.

❌ Prohibited Products:

Any items banned under Romanian legislation.

GMO products.

Chemical-based products that do not align with local farm vendor practices.

Counterfeit or misrepresented items.

Illegal, stolen, or unregulated goods.

Sellers found listing prohibited products may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

3. Listing & Product Management
Product Listings Must Be Accurate & Honest:

✅ Include clear descriptions, prices, and images.
✅ Use correct product categories.
✅ State availability and estimated shipping times.
❌ False or misleading descriptions are prohibited.

Bulk Uploads:

✅ Sellers can upload multiple products using the provided CSV template.
❌ Incorrect, incomplete, or duplicate uploads may be rejected.

Sellers must regularly update listings to reflect accurate stock availability.

4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders within the stated timeframe.

Tracking information must be provided (if applicable).

Buyers may choose shipping or pickup options.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, the seller must notify the buyer immediately.

Missed pickups may result in buyer complaints or disputes.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Sellers must clearly state their refund & return policy.

Buyers may request a refund only if the product is not as advertised.

If a refund is approved, the seller must process it within 7 business days.

If a seller does not respond, buyers may escalate the dispute to platform support.

GaiaGreenHub.ro does not process refunds directly but facilitates dispute resolution.

6. Payments & Withdrawal Policy

Sellers must provide a valid IBAN to receive payouts.

8. Prohibited Seller Conduct

The seller has 48 hours to respond and provide a resolution.

2️⃣ Seller Accepts or Declines the Request

If approved, the buyer must return the product in its original condition as per the seller’s return policy.

If declined or if the buyer is dissatisfied with the seller’s response, they may escalate the case to GaiaGreenHub.ro support.

3️⃣ Return Shipping Responsibility

Sellers must clearly state return shipping terms on their product listings.

Buyers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or defective.

B. Service & Booking Refunds

Consultancy Sessions & Field Photoshoots

✅ Refunds are available if:

The session was canceled by the seller or platform.

The consultant did not show up at the scheduled time.

❌ Refunds are NOT available if:

The buyer missed the appointment without prior cancellation.

The session was partially attended or completed.

Cancellation Policy:

Buyers must cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a refund.

C. Online Courses & Digital Products

✅ If a seller fails to provide a resolution, the buyer may escalate the issue to platform support.

B. Damaged Shipments

✅ If a product arrives damaged, the buyer must:

2️⃣ Provide clear photos of the damage.
3️⃣ Work with the seller on a resolution (replacement, refund, or discount).

C. Incorrect Items

✅ If a buyer receives the wrong item, they must:

2️⃣ Provide a photo of the received item.
3️⃣ Follow the seller’s return instructions for exchange or refund.

Sellers must provide a resolution within 7 business days or risk account suspension.

4. Product Pickup Policy
Buyers who select product pickup instead of shipping must:

✅ Schedule a pickup time based on seller availability.
✅ Arrive on time and bring proof of purchase.
