Welcome to GaiaGreenHub.ro! By creating a vendor account, you agree to the terms and conditions of the platform and the following key rules for selling on the site.

1. Vendor Registration Requirements

✅ Vendors can be individuals or legally registered businesses in Romania.
✅ You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration, including:

Full name (for individuals) or company name (for businesses).

Unique Registration Code (CUI), VAT number (if applicable).

A valid IBAN account for receiving payouts.

✅ GaiaGreenHub.ro reserves the right to verify and approve each registration request.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

By creating a vendor account, you agree that:

✅ You are responsible for all products listed under your account.
✅ All products must comply with Romanian and EU laws.
✅ Product descriptions, images, and prices must be accurate and up to date.
✅ Orders must be delivered on time, and you must honor your return policy.
✅ You must respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints within 48 hours.
✅ You cannot bypass the platform’s payment system or attempt to communicate with customers outside the site to avoid transaction fees.

3. Prohibited Products

❌ You are strictly prohibited from selling:

Products that are illegal, counterfeit, or banned under Romanian law.

Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) or products containing banned chemicals.

Products that are not related to agriculture or do not support agriculture.

Items that do not meet safety and labeling regulations.

4. Fees and Payments

✅ Payments are processed through Stripe, and vendors must provide a valid IBAN account.
✅ Funds are released only after the order is confirmed as delivered and the return period has expired.
✅ GaiaGreenHub.ro may charge a transaction fee for each sale – details are available in the Payment Policy.

5. Deliveries, Returns, and Dispute Resolution

✅ Vendors are responsible for handling deliveries and meeting the stated delivery times.
✅ You must honor your stated return policy for eligible products.
✅ If a customer has an issue, you must respond within 48 hours.
✅ If you do not respond, the customer may escalate the issue to support@gaiagreenhub.ro, and your account may be subject to review or penalties.

6. Account Suspension and Removal

GaiaGreenHub.ro reserves the right to suspend or remove vendor accounts that:

❌ Violate platform rules.
❌ List prohibited or fraudulent products.
❌ Manipulate reviews or engage in unethical business practices.
❌ Consistently fail to deliver products or honor return policies.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a vendor account on GaiaGreenHub.ro, you agree to comply with all platform policies, including:
